Oh wow, the ending where the MC choose to not pass caught me by surprise! This is a very interesting story and the art is gorgeous, awesome entry!!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

There's a really moving story you've told here, a really strong story! And you've managed to tell that between the lines of vague allusions, brief descriptions, snippets of memories, and that's some really impressive writing in my opinion!

The background is gorgeous, the sprite is really lovely (and the character intrigues me too!) but gosh the music got me emotional by the end...!

Thank you so much! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed it!

A great experience! I especially liked the consistent use of the protagonist's POV and the camera movements, little nods and flashes of memory, always keeping you close to the character.

Thank you Midi!! I wanted to make it an animated experience and I'm glad fighting with the transforms and xpos and ypos was worth it!!

This was so beautiful... I didn't see the "reveal" coming but ended up getting it on the first try as when I reached the final choice I was like... wait. Why does this suddenly feel wrong... I really like how you set it up. Not knowing what the gate signifies until the end. Picking up the pieces of the story through the objects and the memories. Then finding the strength to come back, move on, face things at the end.

It left me with so many feelings and thoughts about the main character and their relationship with the Lord. It felt so bittersweet and tragic... ahhh... I wanted to know more... the way you wrote it was like just enough to hook me in and then leave me like GUHHHH. My heart became so soft and weepy...

The art is beautiful! Gorgeous sprite that's so detailed! And the little animated floating bits were such a nice touch! Love how you set it up with the large scrolling BG and we have to search around for the objects. It felt so tranquil and calm, especially with the music choice. And the use of the panning and light effects really added to the memory sequences.

Overall just a really lovely little game that's now left me feeling so many conflicting emotions at the end. Felt really powerful in how it pulled me in and tugged at my heart.

Ahhh thank you so much Carrot!! <3 I'm so happy to hear that the story was able to give feels ;v; I'm glad my message and themes were able to reach you!

Accidently did the good ending on first try.

I like how short but still surprising it is.

Thank you! I'm glad to hear there was still room for surprise! I was a little afraid it was too straightforward

This was heartbreaking... your games always leave me with a sense of peace yet also deep sadness. The plot of this game is very short yet impeccable and well done. Thank you!
